Our Shipping & Returns Policy

Shipping Policy - All in-stock orders are usually shipped within 1-2 business days. Drop-shipments direct from the manufacturers are usually shipped within 1-3 business days. We provide ground (5-7 business days from shipment to delivery) and express (2-3 business days from shipment to delivery) shipping options. All merchandise orders from single vendors usually ship in one box and arrive at your home at the same time. Orders from multiple vendors will ship in multiple boxes and will arrive at separate times. At this time we only ship to addresses within the U.S. states.

Return Policy - Your satisfaction is of utmost importance to us, therefore, we offer a 30-Day Money Back Guarantee. If you are unhappy with your purchase, you may return merchandise to NKH LifeSafety for a refund within 30 days of receipt. Products must be returned in new and unused condition. Before returning a shipment, you must first email weborders@nkhaed.com to obtain a return authorization number. When returning, please note this authorization number on your return shipment label. If your items are defective or were damaged in transit, please note this in your email for return authorization. (Note: We reserve the right to refuse any unauthorized return shipments).

A credit will be issued to the original credit card for the cost of the item(s) and sales tax, if applicable. Please allow 10-15 business days for the credit to appear on your credit card statement. Original shipping charges are non-refundable. In the event of a return, you are responsible for return shipping costs. Your merchandise refund will be issued upon receipt and inspection of the product.
